FMHS SPORTS REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Step 1: Get A Physical - CHSAA PHYSICAL MANDATORY

- Make sure all areas are completed and the physical is signed by the doctor, athlete & parent!
- You are required to upload your own physical for your to be approved!!!
Step 2: REGISTER
Please Register @ https://students.arbitersports.com/organizations/fort-morgan-high-school
- Please sign up for all sports you will be participating in at this time - PLEASE DO NOT SET UP SEPARATE ACCOUNTS

Insurance is mandatory - make sure this information is entered

Make sure the registration says you have submitted
- Managers are required to register. NO PHYSICAL OR PAYMENT NEEDED.
Step 3: Payment

After you complete steps 1 & 2 you will need to pay for your sport(s).

Accepted payments are cash, check, card, and online.

Below are steps to pay online. Make sure to bring a receipt from the online payment to the FMHS Athletic office.

Homeschool and OUT of School athletes can pay online as well @ https://fortmorganco.infinitecampus.org/campus/store/fortmorgan

An account will have to be created and then follow the steps provided.
Step 4: VISIT THE ATHLETIC OFFICE TO GET A CLEARANCE SLIP

MAKE SURE ALL STEPS ARE COMPLETED

BRING A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT PHYSICAL

IF PAID ONLINE, PLEASE BRING RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FIRST OFFICAL PRACTICE!
Online School Store Payments
Choose the sport(s) you are participating in by clicking on view. All sports can be paid for at the same time or pay one at a time when the season is approching.
